Shipping and Returns
Processing and Shipping:
- All pieces are made to order so please understand our lead times are on average 14 days. In some cases and during high volume times our processing and shipping can take 4 weeks. Our items are made by humans and work at a humanly pace.
- Should 4 weeks go by and you still have not received your items, please email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject field.
- Items can and are often shipped separately which leads to receiving certain items before others.
- At this time, we only ship domestically within the (contiguous) United States of America
Incorrect Address/Returned Mail
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. The Raise Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to The Raise Collection can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but "not received," are the customer’s responsibility to locate. The Raise Collection is not able to issue refunds on lost packages.
Lost or Non-Delivered Packages
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS or shipping courier and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
The Raise Collection does not issue refunds on lost packages.
- Please follow the size guides under the item description for best results. We recommend ordering a size up on all leggings, swim, and stretch tops to ensure proper fit and room for growth if there is any question about exact size.
- We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order with the exception of swimwear and any custom orders. All items must be unworn, in original condition (free of miscellaneous odors and free of pet hair) with tags/labels affixed and with original packaging. Include your order invoice with return. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 'RETURN' in all caps in the subject line to begin the process.
- We have a $10 re-stocking fee per item that will be deducted from returns due to our items being made to order and we offer returns in the form of merchandise credit only.
- Customer pays for return shipping.
- If an item is damaged, mistake in the order or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at email@example.com with 'DAMAGE' in all caps in the subject line. Please note our items can ship separately so if something is missing it's possible it is coming in a separate package.
- We want to ensure your happiness so please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can address your situation.
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or changed. Please review your order and delivery address carefully.
- Coupons, promotional codes, and sales cannot be stacked or combined. Please ensure that any coupons are applied at the time of purchase. Coupons or promotional codes cannot be applied to existing orders, no exceptions.
- Promotional Coupon Codes don't apply to our brand collaborations or limited edition capsule collections unless specified.
